MTN is not very helpful it's frustrating dealing with a company like this

I have been phoning mtn since June ,have also sent emails. All they do is send sms "order opened "then same day "order closed" which means they have resolved it.but problem remains. Each time you phone you get through to another call agent the one does not know what other is doing
