MTN is not to be trusted

I received a random call and it was a MTN promotion and i called mtn to confirm about the deal and they said it's a real deal, fine i took it and they said to me 1st month i won't pay and ill be paying tge second month the monthly fee we agreed on was R150 data plus free youtube.

But on the second month i received an email from mtn claiming that im owing R400 and something then i got worried what was it about cos we agreed on R150 to be paid on the second month, no problem months passed then later im owing huge amount and my service was suspended because i refused to pay the amounts they told me about then i asked them to cancel the contract i call 135 and they said to cancel the contract I have to pay R150 cancelation fee and then i did they. Asked them to reconnect me again so that i can still use mtn services without that contract but i was shocked to receive a call every day from the lawyers of MBD debt collectors saying im owing a certain amount when i explain to them that i canceled my contract. They said i have to pay.

U called Mtn again and all would give me different amount or balances and it did not make sense to me other's would say im owing R460 the following day i receive another call im owing R800 and when i call mtn they would give me their own balance again.

Now I'm tired with mtn. Last year i went to their stores different stores no help but they always write emails to mtn asking a follow up and requesting that the contract to be canceled i paid that balance it was April when i last paid and my sim service was suspended but im suppose to pay what im not getting everything and their contract can't be canceled.

They called me requesting R1100 that im owing this time i didn't pay anything i last use my sim card in 2023 early February or March since then they blocked my sim card after I've paid all these money they requested. I decided not to pay and got my name ruined I don't know where to call or go now This is ruining my credit score and i couldn't take loan because od MTN
