mtn is NOT the best mobile network provider in south africa

Mtn and its courier partner dsv are basically running a ***** operation & granted this comes from my general dislike of network companies which is due to their general disservice for paid products. I paid for home internet plan on their new mtn pi online service and the order parcel was handed over to the courier later on the same day but since then 7 days have passed and all I get are excuses for non progress to the delivery and at this point I wouldn't be surprised if they are actually out of stock and are awaiting stock arrival. These companies operate like they aren't subject to any laws but they will use all applicable laws to pin down the customer against the wall.
