Mtn is not sure about my upgrade

We are not pleased with mtn,we have been asking when we are due for an upgrade first it was 20 march 2020 then the call centre told us its 1 april 2020 now the same call centre says it now 30 april 2020 yet when we check the account from the phone on the mtn menu it still says from 20 march 2020.
