MTN is not reliable anymore

when I called to get the balance I was told I owing R560 and you cannot debit R2690 without prior arrangement with the customer. I called in to make payment arrangements and the amount I was given was R560. MTN does not and will not have a right to debit an account of client an amount that was not in agreement, please trace my account from when all this started and I have been paying with no hick up in between, I have spoken to several consultants on 808 who have made requests to Legal department to give a call in which non of them was made to me.
The last scandal you had with your call center in August was a disaster which set my record backwards in sorts of nonsense and the Legal team was no where to be found. If MTN continues to do business like I foresee a loss of clients and downfall of revenue here in South Africa. The amount of airtime and I have spent on my phone, company phone and on the computer ,equates to the amount of money MTN suggests I owe them. May I please have a final arrangement with you guys about this matter because I think there are other several Service providers who will be glad to render me service that is on a higher standard than this.
Hello PlumLeRoux,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. According to records, our Credit Management team sent you an email on the 10 December 2015 explaining the balance and why when you called in you were advised on the R560 and not the total balance.

In order to make arrangement of arrears please contact our customer Care line on 808.

We hope that you will find the above in order.

Kind Regards
Itumeleng
