MTN is not recommended

I ordered and paid for a home router. On 18/04 I spoke to a consultant and I told her I will do payment by 26/04 but she still sent a payment link. When I contacted MTN again to proceed with the payment on the 26th the same agent told me I have to use that same payment link. This is calculated on a pro-rata basis but I was charged from the 18/04. Today is 04 May, I still have not received my order. Yesterday I found out MTN has cancelled my order, they requested the courier to return the package to them. I did not receive a phone call or email. How can MTN just cancel my order after I paid and they don't let me know that there is a problem? I am beyond disappointed with MTN. Definitely not recommended.
