MTN IS NOT PAYING BACK SINCE 20.08.2014
We have over paid on an account, we have sent numerous emails. Even tried to contact them telephonic ally since 20 August 2014 LAST YEAR!! We haven't received the money back or even a pay date. Can somebody authorized please contact us to get the details to pay us back with immediate effect please???
