MTN is not investing *****: NO Refund NO RESPONSE

My wife (Vivien Motsoane; ID ***) lost her ID and someone took two cellphones under her name, MTN has been deducting money from her account for months.

We reported the matter to MTN, they promised to come back after 21 days. they never did. when we go to the store where we reported, they gave us a number to call (083 135). this number does not have an option for ***** investigation or to speak to a consultant.
