MTN is not interested in customer complaints.

I purchase a weekly data bundle once a week. I make sure that I purchse a new bundle before the existing one expires so that I carry over any unused data. Last night when I purchased my bundle I noticed that the weekly options had changed. So I purchased 200 MB for R15. This morning when I checked my data balance it was zero. I contacted MTN and after many calls that were cut off and a consultant who would not give me a opportunity to explain I eventually got to speak to a supervisor. I was informed that I had purchased a daily bundle and essentially there is nothing MTN can do. I tried to explain that I have a screenshot of the weekly bundle options which I can send to the supervisor. The person simply insisted I had purchased a weekly bundle. I was then told I should go to a MTN store which I did. The manager told me that they couldn't help me and that I had been given the incorrect advice. I was told I had to phone the MTN call centre. MTN is obviously not interested in my complaint. They, however, had no problem in *****ing my money and data.
