Mtn is not helping

switched to MTN, and now cannot receive calls from any Cell C numbers. I just tried calling a few times from an Mtn number and a Vodacom number. The latter rings with no issues, the former does not go through. Not limited to one number, as my parents and clients are unable to contact me either.
