MTN is not decisive on my phone's repairs

I sent a complaint through to you guys (Hellopeter) but MTN gave me a vague reply. They apologized but did not tell me what are they going to do about my phone situation. The Samsung A7 phone is still with MTN and they are not talking about repairing it for free but they just said it will be out of warranty. The out of warranty which is the one i am disputing because they are lying so that i pay for the repairs. The phone is less than six month old and am still paying for it but they tell me its off warranty because of water damage (which is a lie). the phone never fell into water or any liquid for that matter. If they are not paying their Technicians enough such that they are now *****ing from the customers directly, they better fix that. I want my phone back and in good working order, otherwise what will I be paying for every month.I took the phone needing a software re-installation and now someone is telling me about water damage, that's crazy.
