MTN IS NOT COMPLYING TO TCF

I am trying to cancel my upgrade which has a 14 day cooling period. I've been on the phone for 2 days... No one can help me. A different story every time. All the agents are useless. They are making it impossible to cancel. I have been cut off twice after holding on for about an hour. Worst service I have ever experienced.
