MTN is not allocating my payments, VeriCred is not getting assistance from mtn!!!

I posted about this account issue on the 6th October, no one got back to me. The attorneys which I was handed over to for none payment received the 6 payments I have made on this account since April 2023 and they have been trying to sort this out with the MTN payment allocations without any feedback!!! It's a new month now and I'm expected to make a payment but my account is on Hold with VeriCred because my payments to mtn is not being allocated to my account!! What am I supposed to do???
