MTN is not acknowledging the correct date the account was paid up and cancelled

I had a month-to-month contract with MTN that was paid up and cancelled in March 2025. Up to now this contract is still listed on credit bureaus as outstanding and owing, yet it was paid up. I asked MTN for a paid-up letter, which they supp**** but conveniently omitted to indicate that the account was paid up more than 8 months ago. To credit Bereus, it seems the account was in arrears, and I defaulted for 8 months, yet it was MTN's omission to report the account as paid up. I am disappointed.
