MTN is not a reliable company

My name is Naledi Moshoeshoe I took a data contract online with MTN for myself and my daughter that data was too little it would last me maybe a week I then decided that I’ll buy myself a monthly data however when I’m following up asking how can I not be contacted in terms of WhatsApp text or email stating my debit order bounced I was told my daughter’s number is the main number like how because when they asked me about the deal they phoned my number so how possible can my daughter’s number be the main Friday I woke up my phones were down had no signal went to MTN store at Library mall assisted by ReyahVather who told me I’ve got R3127.87 but I can pay R2745 which was paid emmediatley And the lady by Ntombi from a call centre said my numbers will be reactivated after 30 minutes which was an absolute lies I went twice at MTN on Friday the other guy Tiisetso from the call centre assured me on Saturday that after an hour Monday went back to MTN library mall went back and fourth the entire day calling cal centre different information was given about pre termination Even up to date the number is still down I honestly regret choosing MTN Please assist
