MTN IS NONSENSE!

If I could rate it zero I would. MTN offers bad service. I had a data contract with them in 2020 and the agreement was that I would pay R230 p.m, I only paid the R230 twice and after 2 month the price went up, I could not understand why I had to be paying R300 when the agreement was R230. Fine! I paid that then the amount increased to R400 which was ridiculous cause the data did not even last a month. I then called in to state that I would like to cancel the contract and I was told to pay R600 for early cancelation. I went to a MTN Branch and was told I owe R1500 which was insane cause despite the insane amount that would increase every month I would pay. I ended up not paying and now I'm being harassed and being told I owe R5000 what nonsense is that? MTN is a ****!!! I am not going to pay any amount for services that I did not even receive!
