Mtn is nonsense

If I could zero I would. I took a contract for a one sim deal for R200pm. The agent took it upon themselves to do a 2 sim deal of which I would get charged more than R500pm. I discovered this when I received the sim and was about to activate it but decided to cancel the contract which I was still withn the 7days grace period. Mtn takes a month and 2 weeks to cancel the contract of which I then get charged in the process. One of their agents tell me its my fault I didn't ask questions they only tell you important things which might have financial implications only when you ask. When they say during the grace period when you cancel they say they won't charge the cancellation fee only but they will charge you for cancellation of the contract early during the grace period which doesn't make sense. Now I'm at a point where by I'm sent from pillar to post with so many reference numbers but no clear assistance. No one is blaming the agent for false misrepresentation and now I keep getting invoiced for a fault created by the mtn agents.
