MTN is nonsense

I’m writing this review with a heavy heart. I hate MTN, I’ve been their customer for more than 10 years but I’ve now made a decision to do away with them.

I had a contract which I cancelled in November , my payments were up to date. A month later I was asked to pay R259 and I asked no questions, I paid. From January this year, I was being harassed with phone calls and sms’s claiming that I owe 1700. mind you I’m a widow who’s struggling to make ends meet. When I called to ask what the money is for since I paid my contract in full, No body could explain. To top it all off I wanted to apply for a loan, only to find that my beloved MTN has listed my name in the credit bereau. Now we have no food in the house because that loan could have helped me survive this month with my kids. My name has been tarnished through the mud for something I did not do. I don’t think I deserve this for a decade loyal customer that I have been.
