MTN is non Compliant

Every day I have to call in to have my devices cancelled from the 26th of June 2025 to date 08 July 2025, My next invoice is due in the 12th and they still haven’t cancelled the contract and they are going to charge me again another monthly installment because they are refusing to cancel my contract
