MTN is no different than con men

MTN will not assist with anything unless it’s to their benefit! I have been requesting credit that is due to me for almost a month now and they keep “logging new tickets”. They keep starting over what they call a 7-21 day process over and over again. Nothing is being escalated. I am fed up. Horrible service! It doesn’t look like I’m ever going to get my money back.
