MTN is misleading their customers when trying to buy a voice bundle

I'm writing this review over a mere R10 that I wasted when buying a voice bundle. It isn't much but I can imagine how many customers are falling for the same thing. In the voice bundle menu, there are only 4 options: MTN to MTN, MTN all net-20, rush hour voice 10, and rush hour voice. I needed something that would last a week or so and the all net 20 looked good so I bought it thinking its just a 20 minute bundle. After purchasing it, I got an sms saying that I have bought a package valid until midnight (and it was already 10pm). Now I see this as them misleading their customers to make a quick buck. Why would they not call it something else like MTN upto midnight bundle, etc. I logged a complaint and asked them for a refund but I was told that it's in the T&Cs. The T&Cs are nowhere to be found in the voice bundle menu and I think it's complete nonsense that one would have to go through their entire T&Cs just to find out if a bundle is valid for an hour, day, week or whatever it may be. Honestly, I'm not complaining over my R10 but I am because they're making a ton of money from misleading their customers in this manner.
