MTN IS ****MING ME

MTN is soo frustrating,i have never been this frustrated about a service provider in my entire life,very *********** agents,whether you go to the store or try to get help online,you will never get any. When you are at the store,they tell you something completely different from what you are told when you seek help from their call centres. Even those call centres you have to be on hold the whole day and an agent will answer and say they don't know what happened and that will be the end. in November i took a contract for R199 but they have been deducting waay more than that,no one has a valid explanation as to why is that. Last month they called to upgrade me and said they will be deduction R180 but now i just got an email saying they will be deducting R300. My data has not been upgraded, infact it has been reduced but the price has been increased. This is very frustrating. Someone please help.
