MTN is ****ming clients!!!

I upgraded my contract in Nov 2024 and was offered R159 24 month contract confirmed debit order of 318 with my bank, the good for nothing MTN is charging me a ridiculous R748 since Dec and useless supervisors are avoiding my calls and they keep on closing tickets that I raise!
