MTN is messing up credit score

MTN is messing up my credit score,first they said I have missed my payment while I paying them on time,second they said I have an outstanding payment,I paid but it's still appearing on my credit score.i have been calling them several times and have been put on hold,all I want from them is for them to clear my name by sending me a paid up letter.iyo this is so frustrating.
