This company is such a **** company, their staff is *********** and cannot even assist with simple queries I signed a Data sim contract with them, when I called to cancel they said I must pay an amount of 256 or something and then I can call again to cancel, then I called again to confirm and now I have to pay the full term of the contract as cancellation fee. the agent then downgraded my plan saying I can then cancel after another month of paying. does not make sense to pay a full term for a data sim contract, when I signed the agent said I can cancel for a cancelation fee if I am not happy, now I am signed for another 24 month contract, imagine the bull**** they going to tell me know after a month

I will change my bank details and simply not pay them as they are *****'s
