MTN is managed in a Lousy and Pathetic manner. NONSENSICAL SERVICE PROVIDER!

Had a phone contract with MTN a few years back, paid it up and even received the Paid-Up-Letter in Jan 2023. To my surprise, when I visited a store to open a Home Wi-Fi contract, I was advised that the previous account (which has been paid up) is blocking the new account from been opened and needs the Legal Department to fix... Since October 2024 till date 20 November 2024, I am still blocked. Visited 3 different stores to seek assistance since (PTA CBD, Menlyn, and Quagga) none of the branches managed to help. Was given the Legal department number but it just rings until it drops itself. Even the consultants couldn't get through to this "Legal department".

MTN is the only provider with and offering what I am currently looking for, but I'll happily and gladly go elsewhere where customer service and satisfaction is prioritized.
