MTN is making money by robing customers

Please please do not open a contract with MTN, more especially MTN Northgate. If you want a contract better go to Vodacom or Telkom. I took a second phone by contract at MTN, i bought a phone for my 12 years daughter. I ask them to set a limit to zero just like the did to my first contract mobile phone. mid October 2020 all my devices were blocked by MTN, I went to MTN Store and i was told that i am owing MTN R4000 due to my daughter having used extra Airtime of R4000, it was a shock to me becouse they told me limit was not set to zero. i was very disappointed because i was so worry asking my, how am i going to pay the R4000? I was struggling financially due to Covid 19 pandemic. but i made an arrangement with MTN that i will pay R1000 every month until i finish paying. on the 12 january 2021 i payed my last installment. and remember i was blocked all this time by MTN all my lines are not working.i phoned MTN on the 13 january 2021 asking them to unblock me since i i just completed paying my 4000, i was told that i a owing MTN R6200. I was soo hurt that after my self starving with my kids trying to pay MTN they still telling me that i didn't pay the money. MTN's service is very poor. if i had money i was just going to close all my accounts with MTN. still i cant believe that a big company like MTN can't treat customers well.
