MTN is Just Utterly Useless!!!

Useless!!!!! That is what you are.... I've been struggling for more than a year now to sort out by debit order, you app is useless and always hanging or have errors when I try to pay my account. Your My Contract login keeps on saying that my account has been removed or is deactivated. When you phone the number given on the error message the number does not exist....don't even know why I am typing this complaint because I know you won't respond or help me. Nobody cares about good service in SA anymore.... Nobody's proud of their work anymore, no work ethics and no liability!!!
