MTN IS JUST USELESS-DONT USE THEM, THEY WILL WRECK YOUR PERFECT CREDIT SCORE

MTN is just plain useless, i just reported them to the consumer board, i have tried to cancel a contract since september last year, they kept on debiting my account, i left I took out a contract with MTN, and this contract has ended in february. They kept on debiting my account, which i left at first because i know they are super slow, then one month they made a double debit and then again, which of i notified them, and they informed me the account is closed. Then now they debited double again and we are in November, so from February, they could not cancel this contract, but when i reversed the payment, they listed me for non payment (for a contract they confirmed was cancelled) but they kept on debiting. I did inform them i am going to lodge this complaint within 14 days if they cannot resolve this matter, and i have not even received a response from them.
