MTN is it even worth it ?

Every month MTN suspends my services even after i have made payment and when i try to reconnect it takes me 4 to 5 hours to get hold of a "service champion". i never had problems with them but lately they have become useless. i was told at 8:30 that the system is offline and i should call back in 2 hours its been 5 hours and i still have not spoken to anyone. i am working from home and need my phone to stay in contact but now i have to wait till when they ready to answer. this is so frustrating. i wont recommend a contract with them!!!!!!
