MTN IS is BAD BAD, MALICIOUS and unresponsive!

I have cancelled my MTN data package on 1 September 2020, yet MTN repeatedly and maliciously keeps deducting amounts from my bank account, the last being for the amount of R1052.87, which I have no idea what it is for.

MTN is both MALICIOUS AND SPITEFUL and doesn't care less about their customers.

I have requested MTN to refund me for all amounts deducted from my account since 1 September 2020, but they refuse even to respond.

My advice to anyone considering MTN is RUN! Get yourself any other service provider or bear the consequences!!!!
