MTN is *****ing their loyal customers money

MTN is *****ing their loyal customers money. I have been with MTN for years but that hasn't stopped them from taking my money and not giving me what I paid for. I made a purchase on their app with my bank card o 17th May, I still don't have the data I purchased, not have I received a call back from the manager I was taking to Mukelisiwe - its been 9 days since I sent her proof of payment as sent to me by MTN but still no call back. Disgusting service MTN, if this isn't sorted soon, I will not renew any of the 4 contracts I have with you again.
