Mtn is *****ing my money

Miss Vicky Roux of Mtn VIP department were supposed to sort our our account where we were charged for a handset which was never delivered,but mtn was deducting the fees for handset every month for 2 years. She promised to have this sorted out in Dec 2023. But only thing she did was to sell us a new package and new handset. Now i cant get hold of her and their customer service also just asked for my info via email and never contacted me again. Mtn is *****ing my money
