MTN IS *****ING MY MONEY

Took out a 5G home Wi-Fi deal , the sales person assured me that it would work at my home location

No network at my home location.

I was advised to contact network support to get a document to confirm that there’s no network. The technician takes 2 months to get this letter to me .

As soon as I get the letter I took it to MTN along with the SIM card and router to cancel the contract

They confirm the contract will be cancelled . Months later I’m STILL PAYING

I DONT HAVE THE ROUTER BUT IM PAYING
