MTN is *****ing money for a service I canceled in December 2025

I took a month to month router with MTN and returned it to the MTN Protea Glen Mall in December 2025. However, MTN is still taking money even though I canceled the contract. Today they took R4 999 while the router was only R299.

I am being ****** by MTN. The store must have canceled the router contract as I gave them everything they needed from me. I haven't been using the router for 4 months but every months MTN is *****ing money from my account for I service that I canceled. I have been reversing these debit orders and now I am tired because I attempted to call MTN multiple times and I am always placed on hold when I want to understand this issue.

Can MTN stop taking money from my account. This is ruining my credit score and also causing unnecessary bank fees on my account. I am tired, I am not longer using this router

Please help me cancel the debit orders.
