MTN is *****ing from me

3 years ago I took out a contract with MTN that ended in January. Firstly I thought the contract was suppose to end this month because MTN was still deducting however they moved me to a month to month basis without informing me. When I called they told me I cannot be reimbursed which I accepted and requested to cancel, I received an sms stating that it’s been cancelled and I will only be billed if I were to use the SIM card. Days later they send me an SMS telling me that it is no longer cancelled they will only cancel it after they bill me once more and I’ve never even used the sim since I have the contract. Basically MTN is *****ing I’m not happy at all
