MTN is inefficient!
<p>MTN is supposed to protect the Identity of it's clients even if they bring in 2 cents to the company! I have been with MTN for 4 years on contract, and I have recently been a victim of *****! An instore consultant that was employed by MTN! Used my identity to take up a contract without my consent! I've been up and down reporting this case from August last year and to this day, there is no action taken to fix this! I am deeply disappointed and angered because my credit profile has been sent to the credit beareu for a expenditure that I am not responsible for! </p> <p>I've been getting complaints and warnings about this network but I chose to stay. I'm a very dissatisfied customer and will be leaving MTN asap!

We apologize for any inconvenience incurred.
The request has been sent to the ***** department to investigate as per reference REQ:*** and REQ:***. This was done on the 27-3-2017.
For the case to be investigated this will take up to +-15 working days to be resolved. Once the ***** has been finalized the request will be sent to the legal department to remove your name and details from the ITC list.
