MTN is indeed a ****

I am so fed up with MTN, on the 8th of March 2021 which was on Monday, I went to MTN at Nelspruit Absa square...to apply for data deal (contract) the got I got there didn't give me back all my documents, including my original identity document...I only noticed when I get home...when I tried to contact all MTM stores they dnt take my matter serious, also tried to contact mtn absa square still.i didn't get help...I am living very very far away from Nelspruit, it's about 200 kilometers from where I stay. I am going to open a case against MTN, I am going to ensure I go to media including Ligwalagwala FM to publish them, because I am sick and tired of the attitude they give me when I want my things. About the contract I haven't received any response regarding it, the lady promised to call me n she never did....I so regret my self, MTN is bull****. It is indeed a **** nx!
