MTN is ***********

The service we are getting from MTN is so pathetic, on Wednesday i called the call and spoke to RuthKhumalo who seemed to be clueless about billing after she went through my account from 2018 she realized that I was billed three thousand odd rands for roaming which i did not request, her supervisor Rian Pillay said i will get feedback before 11 pm on Wednesday and to date, I haven't received it, i want to cancel my contract. i will not be paying roaming that I didnt request.
