MTN is *********** and they can’t service their clients.

MTN is refusing to blacklist a phone I lost because on their system the IMEI number isn’t showing yet and they are saying I was not using it and this is due to the error on their side. I took a sim card data deal because the phone is PAID UP!! I took a data plan only because there was no need to take another phone. Their insurance can see the number and IMEI but MTN is refusing, how are their systems not linked? This is also putting me at risk because if the phone isn’t blacklisted it means the person can use it and access my information. I’m so livid. I have never missed a payment for me to be going through this.
