Mtn is *********** and don't focus on customer satisfaction.

I have been contacting mtn throughout 23rd November. I only managed to get through to a consultant at the retention department on the 27th of November, he then said he would assist me and call me back to complete the process. He has nit called me since, every other consultant I speak to is not helpful, the just keep passing me on and don't help me in anyway. I would advise people to rather use vodacom as your service provider as mtn are just a bunch of *********** people who don't go through with their promises
