mtn is incompetence personified.

I took out a contract with mtn om 17 Jan 2020 and signed a debit order form. My first debit order went off on 16 March for more than the debit order amount and I was told it was for the pro-rata amount as well. So I presume 15 March would be for pro-rata Jan and full Feb. The correct amount went of on 15 April and 15 May. Everything should therefore be in order. But no, my credit report shows a late payment to mtn which caused my rating to decrease by 4 points. The absolute incompetence of mtn blows the mind. This has negatively affected my credit profile and my chances of buying a house. mtn has to pay for this. This is my 3rd complaint re mtn and they just don't care. I am now taking this to the ombudsman.
