MTN is incompetant to rectify errors made

I have done an upgrade on one of my mtn lines. On my mtn application shows that i changed my plan on 21 October 2022 and my mext upgrade date is 15 /09/2022. This is totally incorrect because i done an upgrade. How is possible for the upgrade date to be a month earlier and in the same year? I have sent numerous mails to mtn complaintsan customer care departments to rectify the incorrect info. Up to date nothing has been done. Just goes to show how incompetant mtn is.
