MTN is INCOMPENTENT

On 25 April 2015 at MTN Pavillion, we were offered an upgrade on our internet modem, and requested that the account be capped once the 2GG of data was finished and had been assured it was done. To our unfortunate suprise the request was not put through by the sales consultant Yogan Naidoo. We had only found out about the arrears when the accounts were blocked. We were given no indication that the data was running on an open plan, because once the data was finished we were not able to use the data, however this was not the case because there was a credit limit as per MTN, which put on the account. We had went to the store to query the account and was told the facility was not capped. They was an email received from Yogan stating that the limit failed on their network and was supposed to be sorted by the 27 of November 2015. There has been an uphill hassel, I had to deal with *********** contact centre agents. There has been large amounts deducted off the account like R1545.69, R2991.43 and R2629.50 all for an account which was suppposed to be R150.00 per month. Further more I have to keep contacting him to find out the status of the query. We have been faced with uneccessary cost by
