MTN is HORRIBLE, ****ty customer service, can't get anything right with them!

Horrible Horrible service!!!!!! First I lost almost R5000 that they just took without any reason after I already paid my phone and now after my contract is being paid every month they randomly suspend my service why would they do that???? I'm extremely disgusted with MTN, their customer service is HORRIBLE. And I get no help when I go to branches, they never know whats going on. MTN in Centurion
