MTN is horrible

MTN debited incorrect amount on the 25th of Jun. I was lucky to get hold of them through call center Friday (the 26th) and they gave me a ref number. today I received an sms that the query is closed with no communication. There is no call centre agent option on their call centre today. Im so frustrated. I want my refund!!!
