MTN is horrible

My contract SIM card has been disconnected to the network, even though I pay my contact monthly without missing any payments.

I have no idea how I am supposed to receive phone calls at this rate because I cannot call / receive calls, if it wasn’t for the WiFi I would be totally offline.

I have escalated this to the MTN contact centre and unfortunately for me they have been absolutely useless
