MTN is hiding truth, don't do business with MTN

I gave my previous iPhone to my wife and tried to SIM swap. According to the MTN web site it is easy as 123.<br> Not so because they thrive on incompetence, bad attitude and hiding the fact that their whole system is not working. They are panicking and sending SMS to rate them, like if they cared. I eventually drove to their 14th Ave office and got upstairs to be attended. It is organised chaos. I was attended by Pule who came eventually with the verdict, that within two hours the swap will be done. He promised that he will call me beforehand. He did not want to give me his contact, which made me uneasy. I was right. He never called and 20 h later there is nothing done. Their \system"is not working"
