MTn is heartless

I am beyond dissapointed in MTN. I am a little behind on my bill due to being short paid at work because of the Pandemic, Mtn, suspended the ability to call- which is fine. But they have also suspended the ability to recieve calls and sms's. This has never happened before and is just horrid! I have always paid my account and I will be paying this once our TERS is paid in. I have tried contacting them via twitter but no response! This month is the month my contract is up for renewal. guess I won't be renwing with this ****ty company!!
