MTN is grossly incompetant- avoit at all cost

Although I have been paying for itemized billing MTN have not provided these since August 2018. It absolutely impossible to deal with MTN ccusomer care. They either do not respond or provide totally non sensical answers. Believe it or not they ask me if the issue has been resolved whilst it is on their system
